We provide free proposals/quotes to our prospective and existing clients for requested services.   If needed, please contact us to discuss your needs and goals.  If we can help, we will provide a quote, including terms, for your request.
INVOICE TERMS:
Iinvoices are issued for billable hours, business and travel expenses and travel time.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice.  Credit Terms are 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified. All terms must be established and agreed upon prior to delivery of services.

CONTRACTS:
Contracts are utilized as needed to ensure adequate communication of client and Plant It LLC requirements, expectations, terms and conditions.  Documented acceptance of quotes/proposals are used to establish contractual agreements.
